This kennel comes with a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity. If you experience an issue related to craftsmanship or materials, we will work with you to repair or replace the affected component(s).
Important Warranty Conditions:

•The warranty does not cover damages from misuse, neglect, modification, or improper maintenance.
•Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, or damage caused by the dog’s behavior (e.g., excessive chewing, digging, or forceful impact) are not covered under warranty.
Returns & Customer Responsibility
If you need to return the kennel for any reason, the following conditions apply:

•The kennel must be returned in its original condition with no signs of excessive use or damage.
